What are these tiny white pimples

Does anyone know or had these before, tiny white pimples on the vagina?? Just randomly appeared and trying not to worry.

Probably just ingrown hairs. You can get them if you shave, wax or even trim.

I think they are vaginal pimples, caused from irritation, or sweat, the skin not being able to breathe, check back with your dr to make sure.
