Energy Boosters?!

I’m 18 years old and recently got a CDL job driving a truck. I’ve noticed when I drive I get drowsy and close to falling asleep. I work 60 hours a week sometimes 14 hours a day I start at 6:30 every morning. So if I’m off of work in time I’m asleep by 7:30 but if I’m off later I go to bed right away. I don’t ever have time to eat breakfast when I get to bed later that 7:30 because just to get me and my daughter ready and to the babysitter I am up at 5 so I’d have to be up a little bit earlier and it’s hard when I go to bed late. I’m looking for some ideas from vitamins, drinks, breakfast I can prep early, or anything you guys can think of. I bought 5 hour energy but they are so bad for you that I know I shouldn’t drink them but I really have no options. I need your help ladies! Thank you 😊
