Should I go to the hospital?

I haven’t felt baby move more than 2-3 times all day. He’s a IUGR baby and my pregnancy is considered high risk. I have an ultrasound tomorrow and don’t know if I should just wait it out. I’d really hate to drag my 18 month old all the way to the hospital if everything is fine.

Try laying down on your left side and drinking something cold or sugary (I usually opt for juice). If you don't get 10 movements in an hour, head in. 
But always trust your instincts.

Try eating or drinking something sweet of you don't begin feeling movement I would head in. Call your ob also to see what they want you to do.

Just had this last week (also iugr) and tried twice w all the tricks to get him to move- wouldn’t budge. Went in bc I was worried. And of COURSE he started kicking up a storm when they got me on the monitor but it was still such a relief to even hear heartbeat. ❤️ trust your gut- you’ll be happy you went in either way
