I went from 108lbs to 146lbs and I’m 33 weeks as of today 😭I have never been this big in my life and I’m starting to panic!

Can we not size shame her, please? None of us know her deal or what size her body naturally gravitates towards. Just as you wouldn’t love it is someone came and poked at your body and told you you’d look better 10/20 pounds in the other direction, can everyone please respect her in that regard as well?

I lost my baby weight with my second faster because he exclusively breastfed.  I was wearing prepregnancy jeans to his first week dr appt and I had gained 40# with him.

Last pregnancy I started at 115 and gained about 50 lbs. lost quite a bit at birth, breastfeeding helped as well. I ate well, stayed hydrated and kept taking prenatals. And when my pp bleeding stopped I did yoga, squats, pelvic floor excercises and, butt excercises and pushups while my daughter napped. I ended back at pre- pregnancy weight and more toned. Then I got pregnant again  and starting all over lol. you look great either way. But really don’t be worried- a little bit of self care goes a long way. And if you have a good metabolism chances are you’ll be fine 💕

In my opinion you look too skinny in the first pic. This is coming from a person who’s also too skinny. I can’t wait to put on some meat during this pregnancy. You look way better pregnant. 💪
