Mattress protector?

I only just thought about it, is anyone getting a mattress protector I case waters break or for postpartum?

My friends have told me to make sure I have something for the car seat I sit in because theirs was ruined when their water broke in the car.

I had one already before getting pregnant but it definitely doesn’t hurt to have a waterproof mattress protector. I wasn’t too worried about it after giving birth.

Definitely get one. My waters broke in bed with first baby. Suggest getting one that is the quiet kind so it's doesn't crinkle while you are sleeping.

My water broke in bed with my first baby. Never got anything on the sheet, so not sure if this is necessary. I wore panty liners the entire 3rd trimester and it helped until I could get to the toilet. Was soaked through as well as my underwear, but nothing else.

I luckily had one, my water broke at 4am so I’d recommend one.

My water didn't break, but I do recommend one for after you have the baby. I have one and it came in handy if the baby threw up, peed or projectile pooped while getting changed 😂 now that my son is 3 it still comes in handy if he spills his water in bed or even while I was potty training him when he was younger.
