Pumping

I’m struggling with a schedule on pumping. I try and pump after every feeding but I struggle to do so and I skip pumping in the middle of the night and pump right after morning feeding. Seems during the day is where I struggle to keep on a schedule, and I don’t want to lose my supply at all. I feel it’s hard to pump at times specially if I have appointments to get to and am running around all day.
