Beginning of labor?

Question

I’m 39w 3days, I’ve been having occasional bouts of what feel like period cramps. Are these starter contractions, or just body aches preparing?

Probably labor. I just had my son on thursday at 38 w 4 days.  I had cramps the night before and back pain. Woke up at 6:30am with blood and called hubby from work.  Went to the hospital and had my son by 11 but by the time i got to the hospital i was already 9cm so no pain medicine. So i had back labor.  Its not always timed contractions

I’m 39+1 and have been having period like cramps for the last few days. Kinda tired of them.

I’ve been having period like cramps since 34 weeks. They have been front and back cramps. Just practice labor here!

I’m 39 weeks today and feeling the same stuff. I’m hoping it’s labor amping up!
