help..

hey ladies, so i feel like im stuck with my weight loss process. ive been doing keto/low carb or a little over a month now and when I first started I dropped 10lbs soo fast and was really proud of myself! but slowly I started being less strict on myself and having more bread here and there or going out for ice cream when I really shouldn’t and I weigh myself and im still -10lbs but feel like I look just as big... I feel like if I start going to the gym ill just be judged and its been hard to get back in my grove of strict low carb/keto! someone please help with advice to get my old confidence back and help with tips in anyway
