Sween 24 moisturizer

Just wondering if anyone has ever used Sween 24 cream and if it’s OK to use while pregnant.

I have very dry skin so my friend who is a nurse recommended it to me. It works great on my dry and cracked hands and I’ve noticed a difference after just using it twice:

I was thinking to use it on my growing belly since I recently learned bio oil has retinyl palmitate which isn’t recommended during pregnancy.
