I was suppose to start my period Friday and I didn’t. So Saturday I took a $1 pregnancy test and it was positive. Sunday, around 6 I started bleeding bright red blood. Went to the doctor and they said my HGC level was low. The lowest was 6 and I had 11. They said I could be too early to test or could’ve just not been pregnant. But I was wondering what could cause a positive pregnancy test?

Did it look like that in the time frame because that test in the picture is very old and dry?

That test is really dry. How long after did you look at it?

If you let a test sit to long it could change to a false positive. Better to set a timer and look at it when the instructions tell you to do so.
