So my last pregnancy I was considered at risk for an ectopic pregnancy, so as soon as I called to make my appointment they asked their questions, and realized this and had me come in for beta blood test. They confirmed my levels were high enough and scheduled an u/s at like 5w+4d looked good, had me back 2weeks later to check the heart rate, and edd. Is this normal? My first pregnancy I didn't get an ultrasound until 9 or 10 weeks but I had to switch doctor offices at 8weeks I didn't like the first office I visited. Granted I feel blessed to have an office that is so concerned for my pregnancy and health, it just came as a surprise.
