cervicitis (inflammation of the cervix)
Has anyone ever been diagnosed with cervicitis and NOT have an STD? I had my pap last month and the Dr said my cervix was inflamed, she ran tests for chlamydia and gonarrhea both which came back negative. I've also had bleeding between periods/after sex and burning when peeing. This all began after sex with a new partner in March. My Dr prescribed me doxycycline which google says is used to treat chlamydia/gonarrhea. I'm freaking out.
