Bladder pressure

I am really hoping someone has these same symptoms as me. I’m only 5 weeks pregnant. I already suffer from overactive bladder syndrome and frequent BV. I thought I had a UTI, so urgent care prescribed Macrobid twice daily for 7 days. My symptoms haven’t gone away. Honestly, it feels worse. I literally feel like I have to pee ALL the time when absolutely nothing is in my bladder. It’s so painful and annoying. I just want it to go away. I want to cry because of the pressure. Maybe it could be something else and there’s a solution, but I’m not very hopeful. I feel like it’s just how my body/bladder is and always will be. Even before I was pregnant, I would have the bladder pressure every once in a while but it’s been a week of this now. 😭😭😭
