5-6 weeks pregnant

I’m between 5-6 weeks pregnant, for the last 4 days I have been bleeding. This is what it looks like first thing on a morning. And then through the day there is nothing there apart from tiny little pinprick spots which is usually very light pink or brown. Anyone else had this and had a healthy pregnancy. This is only when wiping.
