How long till you got back to your pre-pregnancy weight?

I am 1 month pp & I am 4 lbs away from my pre-pregnancy weight! After my 6 week check up, I really want to get more active and maybe I can tone up a bit. I want to be healthy for my son 💪

I have found that being my pre-pregnancy weight does not equal fitting into my pre-pregnancy clothes. I’ve been back to the scale number for a few months but my pants still don’t fit. I can’t physically get them on. My shirts technically fit but are uncomfortable. I wear maybe 15% of my wardrobe, and since the seasons are changing, this is a problem more and more. I don’t have fun spring attire to wear.

I weighed 165 when I found out I was pregnant. The week before I went into labor I weight 187 at my on appointment. 1w3d postpartum I’ve lost all the weight and then some. I really think it has to do with my pumping and being borderline dehydrated from drinking coffee though 😂

It took me 2 weeks to get to pre pregnancy weight , in my pregnancy I gained 25 pounds
