My legs at night ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
I’m losing so much sleep all because of my legs!! They’re restless, tingling, cramping up. I can’t get comfortable. I’ve tried a pregnancy pillow, a pillow between legs, magnesium, Epsom salt baths. It’s getting soooo painful at night I really don’t know how much more I can take. Does anyone have this same problem or have any recommendations? Currently 30 weeks
