I just got my BFP last week Thursday with baby #1. I was wondering is it normal to have sharp pains on your lower right side? It doesn't feel like cramps, it start yesterday afternoon on and off and has gotten more consistent and is still there this morning. I was just wondering if this is normal!? Its my first and am probably a little over concerned about every little thing lol.
