Yesterday I got my surge first positive opk was around 9:30 am and around 8:30 pm I still had a smiley face we BD around 9:30pm last night when did I ovulate ?? Was I to late ?

So because I have a low LH I entered into glow and it’s now changing my ovulation day from today to yesterday

Well I’m confused because last night while we BD I had the dull cramp for like 4 hrs in my lower left and lots of CM today I don’t feel much I had a little twinge this morning around 7:30am ... and CM is just a little wet not much there . So I’m wondering if I actually ovulate Last night which would have been 12-14 hrs after my first positive opk. I had a low opk this month with a ⭕️ instead of a smiley face

When you get a positive opk you are expected to ovulate 12-36 hours afterwards. So if you had your positive opk you should be ovulating today. Dr's recommend having sex on the day of the positive and for 3 days following (especially if you're not temp charting) as you can ovulate up to 36 hours after the positive opk and then the egg can last up to 24 hours
