If anyone can help me with this it would be great! I’m late 12 days on my period....I was suppose to start on May 7th and I didn’t. Today May 20th I started spotting pink, and now bleeding red. I already took 3 pregnancy test and they all came back negative so I didn’t think I could be pregnant but this is the first time that I’m late 12 days and now spotting is happening with light pink at first and now red like a period. Could that mean I just started my period on a different date or possibility of a miscarriage or symptoms-of pregnancy. Help please
