There's a certain place that does giveaways, I have ordered from them before so I know they're legit. I've never known anyone that won although they tagged the "winner". Today they announced a winner so I decided to check it out. They had a 3 step thing you had to do to be entered, the person that won only did 1 of the things. I totally understand when someone enters the chances are 1 in 1000 or less because it is a smaller business. But even still how is that fair to the ones that actually followed the rules?
