Condom broke/fell off

Me and my boyfriend had sex last night and use protection because I’m ovulating and during sex the condom fell off and and we didn’t know and he ejaculated in me when he finished we realized the condom came off was and broke a bit but was still inside me.

Could this lead to pregnancy? We don’t know when It broke/fell off but I’m not on any kinds of birth control.
