You can't be pregnant before you have both ovulated and implanted, so it wouldn't make much sense to test before the possibility even exists.

That doesn't make sense.  No. What a waste. Even if you have 100. Test every day after 7DPO maybe. But theres NO point testing before then so why waste thrn even if you have 100?!
