I have a question is it bad to have a dream about having sex or whatever you call it with another guy when you already have a boyfriend? Also is it bad to  have feelings for another guy but also love your boyfriend too?

If you’re dating someone but you have feelings for someone else then you don’t really love your boyfriend. You may love the idea of him or dating him but if you really loved him then you wouldn’t have feelings for someone else.

You can’t really control what you dream, and if you truly love your boyfriend, then those little crushes for others won’t ever mean more than that.
However, if you find that what you want is outside of what your boyfriend can give you, or if you find yourself developing feelings for another person, then you should sit down and decide whether or not it’s good for you and good for your boyfriend to stay together, or if you should go your separate ways.
I’ll say this. If you truly are in love with someone, you will not fall in love with another person. If you ever feel like you love two people at once, you don’t really love either of them enough to be with them. It’s okay to experience short-lives crushes or recognize that another person is attractive, but acting on those feelings while in a relationship with someone else would never be okay. 
Dreams don’t really mean anything, so don’t put too much thought into those either. Sex dreams are common, and you can have them about people you know or even about celebrities. It’s normal.
