I have two problems with my boyfriend and I's sex life. We are long distance so stuff happens over the phone and over text btw

Problem #1: my boyfriend finish super quick and I dont. I take probably an hour or more to finish and for him it takes around 15 minutes to half an hour. It drives me insane because it gets all akward because hes already done but doesnt want to leave me hanging but I just cant finish as quickly as he can. I've tried to let myself get pent up by not doing stuff without him but that only seems to make it worse.

Problem #2: my boyfriend never really wants sex. He will partake in it if I initiate it but besides that doesnt really want any. For the first half of our relationship (we've been together 2 going on 3 years) he was constantly horny and that was great because I have a high sex drive, but now there isnt any desire coming from him. I dont know what to do about this but I want him to enjoy everything we do and it doesnt really seem like he does...

Does anyone have any advice to offer on either problem? (Just so everyone know I talked to him about that last part and we ended up getting into a fight and he ignored me for a day and a half)
