Hi all,

Probably TMI, but i recently have had a yeast infection so I have taken a one dosage medicine called “flufem” which contains 150 grams of an anti-fungal called Flucazole. I’ve taken it before and have been informed by my doctor that it does slightly affect the pill, which is all fine and dandy. My bf is away for a week, so abstaining from sex won’t be a problem. However, my question is about when I start my sugar pills in 2 weeks, will I still be protected during my placebo week even though I have taken a medication that interfered with my bc ?

Or any advice on what I should do.. should I skip my placebo pills to stay on the safe side ?
