I will be 14 weeks in 2 days. I had morning sickness starting at 6 weeks. Ive gradually lost almost 20 lbs since becoming pregnant.. Doctor isnt concerned said its normal... But over the past few days I do still gag here and there and I also just started getting sick from prenatals recently... I just wanna be able to eat I feel like I'm not doing anything to help feed the baby / keep myself feeling full as well. I am just so worried. I feel so hungry but I literally cant eat.. Ugh
