8DPO - Help!

Hey ladies! - I need advice

Whilst baby dancing the past few nights I noticed some discomfort and slight pain toward my uterus, it felt swollen. My partner and I are trying to conceive however I’m 8 DPO is there a chance this is a sign of early pregnancy? I’ve had some cramping also.
