No period🥺Negative test

I don’t know what’s going on with my body. I was supposed to get my period on 18 May, so I was so happy because I didn’t get it. So I’ve been taking a pregnancy test every day. And they all say negative, but there’s No period!! I’ve been trying to get pregnant for six months now and nothing. I don’t know if it’s because of the Nexplanon, I had it for six years. Do any of your girls have that issue to get pregnant after the Nexplanon?
