Anyone else waking up to indigestion?

I have woken up with indigestion and acid reflux.  If I eat too late and try to lay down I wake up coughing and sometimes will vomit. Last night I woke up and spewed threw my nose. I am afriad of choking in my sleep. I told my doctor and she told me to sleep sitting up and eat earlier but I get so hungry before bed. It's scary as much as it is annoying.

Try sleeping on your left side, it’s good for digestion! Everytime I eat late and try to sleep on my right side I wake up and start vomiting stomach acids! Hope that helps!

I have hypothyroid so I have to take a pill every morning before breakfast and I can't take any other medications within 4 hrs. But I normally work 9 to 6. I would come home make sure my boys are ready for bed then jump in the tub to wind down before bed. When I got out I would normally take my prenatals. But her lately the indigestion has me feeling like WOW. Its sooo bad. That and the heartburn

Yes! I cannot function or sleep without Zantac. I ran out the other night and couldn’t lay down until after 4 am without feeling like I was going to vomit. Chest was burning so bad! If you keep having trouble try taking 1-2 tabs (75mg ea) 30 minutes before you eat. If you forget take it when you remember or at least before bed. It’s category B, safe in pregnancy and a life changer!
