Not feeling pregnant

I’m 10 weeks. We heard baby’s heartbeat at 8 weeks. But I just don’t FEEL pregnant.. I’ve also tried hearing the babies heartbeat on a Doppler, and I still can’t seem to find it. I’m getting a little worried. Idk if I’m just working myself up for not. I still have nausea and morning sickness, sore boobs, tired. I don’t pee frequently like most women when they’re pregnant. I’m starting to show more and more. I’m just scared of going to my 12 weeks ultrasound and end up with no heartbeat and have to go through another miscarriage all over again... am I over reacting? I haven’t had any cramping what so ever. No red flags. I just don’t feel pregnant. Is this normal?
