Menstrual cup won't open up.

Hi all the beautiful ladies here!

I'm 20 and in urgent need of some help.

How do I get my menstrual cup to pop open after insertion?

I've tried twisting it. But even then it feels squished between my vaginal walls. Which makes me think the vacuum seal won't work if the cup is squished.

I've also tried using the 7 fold which is considered easier to pop Open but no luck.

Idk what I'm doing wrong.

It's my first time using a cup.

Any help is appreciated! Please help me out! I feel so stressed!
