The never ending period

I’m 9 weeks PP... and ever since my ob started me back on birth control at 5 weeks i have not stopped bleeding. I called them and they said there may not be enough estrogen in the pill to force it to stop and i should double up ... yeah... did that yesterday and ended up with extreme dizzy spells, a migraine and vomiting all evening. And... still bleeding... so there’s that. 🤷🏼‍♀️😂 Needless to say i went back to 1 pill... Lord help me. I’m sure my body is still just adjusting hormonally but come onnnnnn! Anyone else ? Lol !
