PLEASE send prayer and baby dust!

Girls, I had a miscarriage April 9. But we started ttc when I got ok. I am measuring temperatures so I know I ovulated about 15 days ago. So I expected period today (I usually start 13-15 dpo). My temp was high in the morning so I did a test but it seemed to be negative after 5 minutes so I put it away and went to work. I just came back and something told me to look at it again. I know I shouldn't have and it's probably just an evap but I actually see a very very faint line!! I will do another test in the morning but I can't wait. I have a progesterone pills I was supposed to take next cycle to help potential pregnancy and don't know if I should take it now or not. Sorry for long post. I just wanted to ask you all for a prayer and baby dust. We are so ready to be parents after all!! Thanks! :)
