Tips on healing fast?

I had my first c-section yesterday morning I am just now able to get up and go to the bathroom my stomach hurts so bad when I walk or move around in bed how do I keep from hurting and being sore?

Sooner you’re up and moving the better. Also ask for the abdominal binder

Hurting and soreness comes with the territory. Don't over do it but make sure you get up and move. If someone offers you help TAKE IT! It might feel like you will never feel normal again but you will. The first week is the hardest and you will slowly feel better day by day. I know it's hard but don't do too much it will just take longer to heal.

I was in loads of pain for about 2 weeks then it started getting so much better ! Keep active and I found it easier sleeping propped up so I didn’t have to strain so much when getting up multiple times at night lol, if you sit up try and press gently with a pillow on your belly that helps also x

It will be sore when you laugh, cough, move in bed, sit up, or stretch for a bit.  Not much you can do about it.  Get up and moving but don’t over do it and you’ll be better in no time!  My baby was in the nicu so I would use a wheelchair part of the way to see her and walk while the rest of the way and back.  Within a couple weeks I was walking from the car into the hospital and to her room and back just fine, only got sore if I stood too long.  Shortly after I was back to my usual self.

Honestly just keep walking and getting up as much as possible. I’ve had three csections and the more I walked in the hospital the better I felt and faster I healed.

Get up and walk walk walk. I know it hurts but it helps. And recovery is alot faster this will be my 3rd one.
