Girls I need your help! Please can I some ideas of what this could be? I’ll post all pictures at the end (days of sex,period and tmi photos)

A little back story.....

-I had my son 18th of October 2018 I had no pain relief and didn’t feel the pain at all till my waters were broken as was induced my contractions were in the 200s and after my waters it shot up. They changed the machine as they thought it was broke because I couldn’t feel the pain when it was in the 200s(3weeks early)

-First period was December, had period January.

-irregular periods.( don’t miss any. But maybe late by a day or two )

My last period was from the 22nd to the 28th of February 2019 after that through out March me and my partner had sex quite a bit. It came to my period and starting to feel like I was pregnant (couple of symptoms that were same as when I was pregnant with my son. Headaches,feeling sick to smells and on a morning, backache. Got to my period days and no sign so 2/3 days past and I thought let’s do a test so as I did one it was a negative..... I didn’t believe it so through the first 2 weeks I must have done about 20 tests. Got to April and still no period was very sure I was pregnant. I went to the doctors and they did a test only thing was he was in a hurry so he dipped the test into my urine and looked at the test within 30 secs and said negative and then binned it and said not much I can do now so I left. Got to 9th of April and I had a little bleeding only when I wiped nothing big and pinky colour. (Pictures below) I was so happy thinking yes it’s my period. Got to the tenth it went completely on the night. As never got it again was so so upset. Me and my partner continue to have sex throughout April. I continue doing more tests. On April 23rd on the morning I got a faint positive bright enough to see but faint. So took more tests took them on a morning, afternoon and night. Trying to see a faint line again nothing. I kept testing and testing. Thinking a faint positive is very rare. Got to may the third and more spotting thought finally my period but no it lasted a day. Same as before but less as long. Now it’s been happening from the 19 to now the 19th I had a bit at the start of the day. By night it stopped so me and my partner had sex as I looked after there was some light pinkish blood on the bed cover. It’s on and off through the day. It looks like a bloody show/when I had my little boy it was like the start of labour (pictures below first 19th to the today.) I don’t think it’s my period as my period is always very heavy without a doubt. Still negative tests. I went to the doctors after my positive test about 1-2 weeks after and they said I could be pregnant and it’s not showing or Something else and can’t remember what he called it but it’s where ur pregnant for a couple of days/1/2 weeks but doesn’t manage to implant ur body thinks ur pregnant but don’t get periods I demanded a blood test and he said no point because negative tests most likely negative blood result.

I would like to know is it my period?

Start of a miscarriage?

Start of early labour?

I have symptoms of been pregnant.

-extreme bloating

-Sickness

-tiredness

-headaches

-backache

Many more

Please don’t comment on can’t be labour as u would feel it I have a high pin tolerance so could be something.
