Hands & Knees or Back?

I'm really curious if theres any changes when birthing either way?

Giving birth on your back is the worst possible way to give birth, you are working AGAINST gravity instead of using it to help you. If you get an epidural though most of the times they won’t allow you to give birth any other way besides on your back.

Hands and knees is the best position. With Epidurals you can’t get into that position so you’re stuck on your back. You do ALL of the work. On your hands and knees you use more muscles and gravity. I feel like you have a lot more strength in other positions. I am going to try to do natural so I can do different positions to progress/push this time

I started on hands and knees but backwards on the reclined hospital bed if that makes any sense. Then I switched to my back for the last bit so I could watch in the mirror.
