Transitioning out of a swaddle
Those of you who have transitioned your LOs out of a swaddle.. how old were they and how did it affect their sleep? Also, did you quit it cold turkey or try one arm out for a few nights first? My LO is sleeping so well and I'm afraid not using a swaddle will cause her to wake up frequently due to her startle reflex. I'm also considering moving her to her crib so we don't have to go through another sleep change soon.
