Boy name... Elias Michael?

So we had an ultrasound at 16 weeks the tech wasn’t 100% sure if it was a boy because baby was being stubborn, but will confirm it at our 20 week scan. We already have a girl name figured out but we are struggling to agree on a boy name. The only one we’ve come close to agreeing on is Elias Michael. Two sisters are Emory and Elaina.
