i have has sore lower ribs and my boobs have been sore. i have had unprotected sex but i have the implant and im on birth control. can anyone explain what’s happening?

There are literally innumerable amounts of reasons why you could be experiencing those symptoms, whether benign or malignant. I would suggest if you are genuinely concerned for your well-being make a doc appt and get blood work, urine screen, etc.
