Thin lining?

Has anyone had trouble getting a thick enough lining for a frozen transfer? I have been on estrogen tablets for two weeks and my lining is still only 5 mm. Now I have to wear estrogen patches and my transfer has been delayed at least a week. I don’t know how worried to be.

Yes, my body didn’t respond to the estrogen protocol (I was on it for a month).  We stopped the estrogen protocol, induced a period, and then proceeded with a natural FET where we followed my body’s ovulation.  That got my lining to a 7.3.  I also did acupuncture, uterine lining yoga, vitamin e, pomegranate juice and hydrated a ton.  Definitely discuss your options with your doctor.  At a 7.3 my transfer was successful and I am due with our baby girl literally any day now.  Good luck!

Me too. I did a mock cycle last month and my et was only 6 mm by day 14. So this time my doc increased the dose to maximal, along with aspirin and sildenafil 25 mg. Praying to God it works this time around inshaAllah and I can go for my FET.

Needs to be at least 7, else ur transfer will get cancelled.
