I worry a lot

I signed my daughter up for summer day camp at boys and girls club. She’s 7... now I’m starting to worry they will take field trips and go swimming... my anxiety makes me think the worst 😭😭😭 accidents can happen, what if she’s buillied. She is the only child and will be bored bcuz I work from home... advice plz
