5w2d hcg level!

So this picture is provided by my OB for what the hcg level should be based on gestational age. I had a blood draw yesterday at 5w2d and my number is 19,938!! Does this mean I am further along (ovulated early) or possibly a multiple pregnancy? (there have been a few multiples in my family)
