If I had a miscarriage, would my pregnancy test line be less dark the next day?

I had a miscariage a few months back and the day after I started bleeding I took a test and the test strip was A LOT lighter. I am not bleeding with my second pregnancy and the test strip is still as positive as it was yesterday. Thoughts?

I had a mc at 8 weeks and had positive tests for 3 weeks after. When i finally got a negative at 4 weeks, i got my period 10 days later. It takes time to flush your system of hcg

The darkness of the line on most pregnancy tests doesn't generally correlate to the amount of HCG detected. It's usually just the condition and age of the test and the concentration of urine.
