Faint positive 4 weeks post D&C

I had a D&C 4/22. I was suppose to be 12 weeks but measured 8w2d.

I've had no symptoms since but I did have unprotected sex on 5/11 and 5/12. No period yet.

I woke up today and have been having to pee so much like I would when pregnant so I thought I'd test.

Unfortunately my hormones were not tracked down to 0 and I never took a test until now.

What do you think my chances are 4 weeks after D&C of still getting a positive test vs this being a positive early pregnancy. It is hard to see in picture but it is clear in person.
