So last night I started my period

I went to go grab a tampon box off the shelves (thin regular) -I usually use super- (too keep it in for 2hrs)-BEFORE I had my baby..

Went into the bathroom to do my business and then insert it..

When I was done, my *u know what* down there didn’t feel right

While I was re organizing my stockpile, everytime I bent or kneeled down.. it hurt down there.. everytime like a sharp pain

(Like I tore again)

Had it in there for about an hour then gave up into finishing my stockpile because of the pain (I moved so slow within that hour)

So I went to the RR and switched to a pad

But while I was in the process of switching it HURT LIKE A MF it took me about 4 tries until I was like *you know what, whatever I’m tired😭

(Felt like a really sharp pain and like I tore again

**What can I do to keep it from happening ..?wait longer ..?

My sister said it was because I was too dry for it too be pulled out

My baby is 3 months as of last week

I’ve read it’s “you wait til 6 week and I believe it’s been longer then that

I healed (from my stitches) around the end of March

I dislike pads because you can feel everything🤮

But that’s what I’ll be using 🤷🏽‍♀️

I’m scared to insert another tampon AGAIN
