Hip pain 😖😣

So today I had four appointments which was a lot of walking and after I came home completely out of it and decided to take a nap my right hip I been having a pain that won’t let up I’m in pain when I walk pressure from baby girl could she be on something or what could this be I had plenty of babies but never dealt with this don’t wanna waste time in L&D for something I can fix at home I’ve already had some Tylenol didn’t help me
