I'm going to ensure you that in the moment you won't think too hard about anything else but having your baby. I was scared too but it was surreal especially while looking at a mirror while pushing my son out. You got this and good luck!

I gave birth 3 days ago and mostly that video reminded me of the sweet, sweet relief when baby’s head and shoulders are delivered and the rest comes flying out, it’s a great feeling.

Actually if you get the epidural you can’t feel much of that. I didn’t with mine. Every delivery is different for everyone women. No two deliveries are the same. One could be easy as that video and one could result in being stitched up. Don’t physic yourself out. It’s ok.
