Brownish discharge- please HELP!

I had a miscarriage of my 1st pregnancy last May at 8 weeks pregnant. Today, at 5w+5days I started having some brownish discharge, and I’m freaking out that I’m having another miscarriage after 1 year TTC! Can you please tell me your experiences, do you think I should be worried? It’s not very brown, and there is no blood, but I don’t know what might happen. I don’t know if this brown discharge means bleeding or not. Should I go to a dr. because I’m RhD negative to get a shot of antibodies?

I would really appreciate any advice!
