If your period did start today that is a very short luteal phase. Maybe you have a progesterone issue? If you can I’d see the doctor to get it sorted out. Short luteal phases make trying to conceive hard.

If this is a consistent thing, I would start reading on how to lengthen your luteal phase. I believe B12 is supposed to help.

Maybe implantation if your temp spikes then your good if not then you might have a short luteal phase
