I had my daughter at 20 and we tried for 7 months. As long as you’re in a stable relationship, have a job and live on your own, it isn’t too bad. It’s a big responsibility though and you’re soooo young. You should wait a little bit longer so you can actually explore your freedom.

It’s not about whether it’s good or bad. It might be harder emotionally and financially depending on your situation but I wouldn’t say it’s a bad thing. My mother had me at 17 and we did just fine and she’s become my best friend. What matters is that you can support a child appropriately and safely.

People that voted no on the poll have no idea of the persons situation, financial status, or know the person personally. Getting pregnant at 18 is not automatically bad. People always correlate young age with irresponsibly which is not always the case. Some cases, yes. All cases, no.
You can still be an amazing mommy when you're young, it just may come with challenges since you're starting out in life.
I would not recommend becoming a young mother to everyone because it can be hard. However, if you've found yourself pregnant and young, don't allow others to tell you that you are unable to care for the baby in your belly. You can still be a wonderful mother, and have a lot of potential regardless of any difficulties you may face. 💕
